Documents You Will Need!

For the Employed Borrower on a W-2:

• Photo I.D. (Driver's License or Passport, Etc.)
• Copy of Social Security Card for all Borrowers
• Current pay stubs covering one month showing year-to-date income (Or satisfactory Verification of Employment)
• Last Two Years W-2 Forms  (Or satisfactory Verification of Employment)
• If you have income from Rental Property:  Current Signed Rental Agreement AND Signed IRS Form 1040 page 1 and 2 along with  Federal Form, Schedule E  (IF APPLICABLE)
• Evidence recent receipt of Child Support, Alimony, etc. along with executed Divorce Decree / Separation Agreement  (IF APPLICABLE)

For the Self-Employed

• Current, signed business and personal income tax returns covering a two-year period

For Retired Homebuyers

• Photo I.D. (Driver's License or Passport, Etc.)
• Copy of Social Security Card for all Borrowers
• Social Security Letter Stating Amount of Benefit
   

ALL BORROWERS

Bank Account Information—Bank account statements spanning the most recent two-month time period (all pages).
 

Rental Information (if applicable)—Landlord's name, address, and telephone number.
 

• Divorce decrees and separation/alimony agreements and child support obligations (if applicable);
• List of other real estate owned, including value, mortgage balance, monthly payment.
